Visualize written directory request bytes for directory authorities

People were wondering how many bytes the directory authorities write for answering directory requests. We have dirreq-write-history lines in extra-info descriptors to answer that question.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
