Constant Identity Key Errors

I'm using Tor to bypass a restrictive school firewall and it's great. However I keep getting errors like this:

Jan 16 23:43:41.748 [Warning] Tried connecting to router at 46.4.237.146:443, but identity key was not as expected: wanted 13E0EF710D2FABCEA67EAB419ABACF801455CD85 but got 72C005521620F5578DA1E17E22CABD98D805BECB.

Sometimes it doesn't prevent me from connecting to Tor but other times it does. If it happens when I connect to Tor, my connection refuses to work. If it happens when I'm trying to connect to Tor, the error keeps spitting out different IPs and identity keys and I can't connect to Tor. What is causing this error and how can I fix it? Windows 7 x64.
