tor 0.2.3.11-alpha deb broken
The new deb for 0.2.3.11-alpha refuses to start due to: {{{ /var/lib/tor is not owned by this user (root, 0) but by debian-tor (105). Perhaps you are running Tor as the wrong user? }}}
/var/lib/tor should be, and is, owned by debian-tor user. It should not be owned by root.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
