Service configuration page doesn't save settings properly

Alright just for to make it easier I took two screenshots so I can explain easier. Alright this is what it looks like when everything's running correctly people can connect to my web server: http://image.bayimg.com/famdjaadd.jpg

Then this is what it looks like after I just restart Vidalia: http://image.bayimg.com/famdlaadd.jpg

I'm unable to click enable I have to remove them from the list then add a new service to the list then it'll look like the first image after I exit the service list. I'm actually not sure if this is a bug, I'm just doing something wrong or it just does this by default either way it's be great to get this clarified.
