Allow user-definable proxy settings for "disabled" state

Currently, the "disabled" state of Torbutton is hardcoded to "Directly connect to the Internet".

Many installations however use proxy auto detection, a specified auto detection script or manually specified proxies. Torbutton should let the user specify what connection settings they want for the disabled state. At the very least, it should not hardcode "directly connect" but instead save the previous state and switch back to that.
