“We're missing a certificate” message should not be at notice level
People keep pretending that messages like the following are worth reporting to us or complaining about:
Feb 10 06:24:02.265 [Notice] We're missing a certificate from authority with signing key 499D7CE5A1356045D629F43271EBF600D6F2CC9C: launching request.
Make it stop. Please.
