Missing tranlation strings for Vidalia

Vidalia seems to missing a few translation strings. They are not available in Transifex and thus are not translated for Vidalia. (These show up in the default English)

Two strings are in Settings > Sharing, namely:

Relay traffic inside the Tor network (non-exit relay)
Relay traffic for the Tor network (exit relay)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
