Weirdness trying to set languages on https://google.cctld
If one goes to
There is a link to set the language for that search to French. It points to:

But if the user clicks it, they will be bounced to the https://encrypted.google.com homepage. Should try sending http://google.ccltd/setprefs to the equivalent url in HTTPS instead?
