Back/Forward cause "Double jshook" message
This is due to the XPNativeWrapper of the window being cleared during back/forward, but the wrappedJSObject being left alone. The fix is to also tag the XPNAtiveWrapper for the document as well. It is fixed in SVN r11751. Leaving this open to avoid dups.
