Intelligently use capabilities/privileges and drop what we don't need for Windows
This is the ticket where we will discuss caps/privs stuff with a distinct preference for Windows 7. In theory, we will try to do things safely on all platforms including Windows XP and later.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
