Decentralized SSL Observatory for Chrome
The Chrome version of HTTPS Everywhere should eventually include Decentralized SSL Observatory functionality. This is presently blocking on the Chrome APIs, but developers at Google have expressed interest in adding a cert examination/auditing API.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
