MyOpenId rule breaks OpenId logins
The MyOpenId openid.server value is "http://www.myopenid.com/server", but the (default-on) MyOpenId rule rewrites this URL to "https://myopenid.com/server" and MyOpenId returns a 400 Bad Request. Since "https://www.myopenid.com/server" doesn't work either, I propose that "http://www.myopenid.com/server" be excluded from this rule.
This may or may not be related to ticket #4595 (moved), I'm not sure.
