Can't link to atlas graphs, and can't save them to disk

The graphs on a page like https://atlas.torproject.org/#details/CF6D0AAFB385BE71B8E111FC5CFF4B47923733BC can neither be saved to disk, nor linked directly. I understand the latter is an architectural shortcoming of atlas, but is it possible to solve the former? Or maybe there can be something that makes the graphs on the server? We routinely use graphs from metrics for all kinds of things, but with metrics removing functionality lately and having it pushed into atlas this is becoming quite a core feature that's missing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
