We should make it not inside the TBB section. Maybe with a header of its own. Maybe with an orange box of its own.
This is especially important since right now if you want to be a relay you basically have to already know what page to go to to learn that there are Tor debs for you (or packages for other OSes).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
