tor bulk exit list doesn't handle port argument?
https://check.torproject.org/cgi-bin/TorBulkExitList.py?ip=128.31.0.35 appears to answer. Great.
But https://check.torproject.org/cgi-bin/TorBulkExitList.py?ip=128.31.0.35%3A82 silently sends me back to the original page.
