Sketch out initial designs of Internet drafts for one or two TLS features to improve its traffic-analysis resistance
Step 1 of writing the Internet drafts described in #5488 (moved) is to sketch out some initial designs. This ticket is for keeping track of step 1. Aiming for completing this step by April 30, 2012.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
