Replace Tor ‘Expert Bundle’ installer with a plain zip file
The Tor ‘Expert Bundle’ is currently a .exe file which installs Tor (badly; see #3757 (closed)). A .zip file would be easier to create, easier to use in some important ways, and at least as easy for anyone who should be using it to install.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
