we deleted the hidden service webserver setup instructions

https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-hidden-service.html.en#one now refers to 5222 as "the port you picked above", but r25605 removed the paragraphs explaining how to set up a webserver.

We need to fix it somehow relative to how it is now. I can't tell if the original deletion was an oversight or intentional.

Shall I put the paragraphs back? Or shall I change it to say "we won't tell you how to set up a webserver because it's hard so figure it out yourself"?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
