Radar doesn't function on wunderground.com with ruleset enabled
With the wunderground.com ruleset enabled, radar shows "radar down for maintenance" instead of showing the actual radar imagery. Disabling the wunderground.com ruleset allows the radar imagery to load correctly. I put the attached modified ruleset in my HTTPSEverywhereUserRules folder and the radar works correctly again, but I know almost nothing about coding a ruleset so I prefer that someone more knowledgeable submit a well-written fixed ruleset to the repository.
