Can cloud bridges have two IPs rather than one?

If so (and if it's easy), they should advertise one in their descriptor, and use the other to connect to the rest of the Tor network.

Doing that will help resolve bridge enumeration attacks 2-5 on https://blog.torproject.org/blog/research-problems-ten-ways-discover-tor-bridges
