excito B3 webinterface: dirport required
The excito B3 webinterface to configure tor (/admin/network/tor) in excito B3 v2.4.1.1 does not allow you to enable tor without specifying a directory port. (non-exit and exit modes)
This requirement is artificially added by the webinterface.
Tor certainly allows you to run relays that do not offer a dirport.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
