excito B3 webinterface: DirPort == ORPort allowed

The excito B3 webinterface to configure tor (/admin/network/tor) in excito B3 v2.4.1.1 allows an user to set DirPort and ORPort to the same value. This prevents tor from successfully starting and should not be possible.
