We finally have an IP for the Arabic blog. The Hosting partner had issues with installing the SSL certificate on their Mitigation Device, it is now resolved.
Oddly, the key didn't have a passphrase, but also didn't seem to have a null passphrase. After seeing that the key was longer than it should have been, I recreated the key and now things appear to be functioning properly. Fun times.
