Default 5MB/10MB rate limits are too low

Once upon a time, I picked 5MB rate / 10MB burst as rate limiting numbers that were basically infinite. It turns out they're now limiting our 100mbit relays and bridges.

Should we raise the numbers? I don't think it will surprise anybody who wouldn't already be surprised by the current numbers.

What should we raise them to? 25MB / 50MB? 50MB / 100MB? Should we future-proof ourselves more thoroughly and say 1GB / 2GB?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
