certain relays are missing "country" information -> columns are shifted (CC = AS number, AS number= AS name, ...)
When you inspect the complete relay list in compass [1] you will notice that in some rare occasions the 'CC' column actually contains the AS number and the 'AS number' column contains the AS name. This is true for: StopkaConsulting02 JamesGamble TorLand2 DksTorRelay wii TorLand1 homerelay phx1 ... (and others)
After manually inspecting the results for: https://onionoo.torproject.org/details?search=phx1 I noticed that the
"country"entry is missing. That is the reason for this "column shifting".
