Make 'tor-relays-universities' mailing list
We've got a pile of university research groups all looking into running fast exits at once. We should give them a community where they can compare notes.
This should be an open list; archived is fine.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
