Comments on bridge-side transport configuration of Vidalia

#6412 (closed) implemented support for configuring pluggable transports on bridges through Vidalia.

Here are some comments on the implementation:

a) Maybe the 'Enable using transports' checkbox should be removed? Why should it be a two-step process to enable transports?

b) Can we have some help information on transports to display to users? In the same manner that when you hover over the 'Nickname' text field you get 'Name of your relay', can we have 'Traffic obfuscation' (or something even more verbose) when you hover over 'Transports'?

Thanks!
