tor man page lists $datadir/cached-status/ but no consensus or microdesc-consensus
The tor man page has stanzas in the FILES section for cached-status (now obsolete), cached-descriptors, cached-routers. But nothing for cached-consensus (we missed it for 0.2.x.y) and nothing for cached-microdesc-consensus or cached-microdescs (not too late).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
