Turn cogs Tor source tree into a git branch
Tariq's code for the COGS paper uses a modified Tor checkout: http://crysp.uwaterloo.ca/software/cogs-0.2.tar.gz
We're in the situation we were with the n23 code: what Tor version did this branch from? The paper says Tor 0.2.2.33. Is this modified from the release tarball?
We should turn it first into a minimal patch, and then into a git branch. Then it should be easier for Tariq to make it work with newer Tor versions.
...where "we" is Tariq and Ian, I hope.
