Write introduction to Tor help desk for new support assistants
We are slowly getting more people to help out with the Tor help desk. I should write an FAQ with information about the questions we usually get, how we answer them, how we deal with issue xyz, and so on.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
