The Cloudfront rule breaks Amazon's Look Inside the Book

A couple of people have reported that when HTTPS Everywhere is enabled, many or all books cease to be readable with Amazon's look inside the book feature. This is due to the Cloudfront ruleset.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
