Write Protocol Helpers
ooni-probe will needs basic protocol helpers for the common protocols, e.g. HTTP, SSH, Tor, etc. Fill in this ticket with more protocols which should have helper function, and create child tickets for them.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
