Make outbound DNS requests honor IPv6 OutboundBindAddress
The OutboundBindAddress affects what IPv4 address outgoing DNS requests bind to.
This should be extended to IPv6 addresses using the new (unreleased as of now) OutboundBindAddress [IPv6] option.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
