TBB version numbers should not be based on Tor versions
A Tor Browser Bundle's version number currently begins with (part of) the version of Tor that it contains. This means that there is no way to make two or more ‘current’ versions of TBB with the same version of Tor available at the same time.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
