Bridget tries to start multiple Tor processes with the same ControlPort
Bridget calls ooni.utils.onion.start_tor() for each bridge, rather than calling the function for the first bridge and then issuing a SETCONF for subsequent bridges.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
