Get redirectTo API merged into FF17
Gotta do the merge dance to get https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=765934 merged.
If only it took less than 3 months of back-and-forth to get a single patch merged, we might have fewer than 21 outstanding patches...
Unfortunately for us, this patch really needs to get into FF17-ESR or hundreds of thousands of non-TBB HTTPS-Everywhere ESR users will be left exposed to #5477 (moved) for another 2 years...
