Bing's Sign In Button is broken
On http://www.bing.com the sign up button doesn't bring up the drop down to login. Looking at the requests I see
http://www.bing.com/fd/fb/mulmfg... gets redirected to https://ssl.bing.com/fd/fb/mulmfg... which doesn't work
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
