TBB vidalia version warning popup opens wrong browser

when the version was out of date, i clicked on the link in the popup warning and it opened chromium instead of the anointed firefox. TBB 2.2.38-2 64bit. will verify fixed as soon as next version 2.2.39-1 becomes obsolete.
