lawblog.de is no longer cacert certificate

Affected file: /src/chrome/content/rules/Lawblog.de.xml

lawblog.de has since about a year a certificate no longer issued by CaCert, and should be recognized by most browsers.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
