Get Torperf results to be more realistic

We should try to get Torperf results to be more realistic. Web pages are rather 320KB on average and contain multiple components, so our Torperf results are artificial.

We might need to do the redesign of Python parts (#2565 (closed)) before extending Torperf towards a more complex download model. Setting up Torperf is already complex enough, and it's getting worse with every hack.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
