Citibank Australia website gets stuck in endless HTTPS->HTTP->HTTPS redirection

www.citibank.com.au is rewritten by HTTPS-Everywhere to use HTTPS, but the site itself tries to force clear-text HTTP, which then gets re-written by HTTPS-Everywhere, and so leads into a loop of re-writing.

Seems pretty clearly a problem with Citibank themselves, but it does make their website unusable to users of HTTPS-Everywhere.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
