Implement OONIB reporting system
I have started implementing the reporting system here: https://gitweb.torproject.org/ooni-probe.git/blob/HEAD:/oonib/report/api.py
Still a lot of work on this needs to be done on this. Some details on how the end reporting system should look like can be seen here: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/OONI/Backend.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
