remove 'family friendly' search filtering from startpage search

The default startpage search from within torbrowser uses the 'family friendly' filters for text, image, and video content. I suggest modifying the default startpage search settings to remove all filtering and provide the raw results.

The startpage preferences page lets you remove the filtering. Their suggested URL for searches without these settings is Unfiltered Startpage URL

I ran into this filtering when searching for some data about sex workers and labor trafficking in the USA. The resulting text and image results were neutered due to the topic.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
