TBB Network Map displays bandwidths in KB/s
In the 0.2.3 series of browser bundles, the Network Map window displays all relay bandwidths in KB/s. Example:

I've seen this with TBB 0.2.3.23 and 0.2.3.24 for Linux x86_64.
