Write instructions on setting up obfsbridges
Debian has packages both for Tor 0.2.4.x and for obfsproxy.
We should write instructions for setting up obfsbridges on Debian, since they will be much easier than: https://www.torproject.org/projects/obfsproxy-instructions.html.en#instructions
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
