Review the markup format produced by OONIProbe

We need to verify that the reports that are produced by OONIProbe are coherent to the specification and make sure that they validate parsing.

Here is the specification of the data format:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
