Implement traceroute test
These is an implementation of this here: https://gitweb.torproject.org/ooni-probe.git/blob/HEAD:/old-to-be-ported-code/very-old/traceroute.py Needs to be re-written, based on scapyt. This tests should do a multi-protocol multi port traceroute as is detailed here: https://github.com/hellais/txtraceroute/blob/master/oonitraceroute.md
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
