Implement the HTTP ooniprobe API as an APAF service
APAF allows the creation of Tor Hidden services as twisted services.
We should implement the ooniprobe API for remotely controlling tests as a twisted service using APAF.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
