fr-FR locate needs some fixes

chrome/locale/fr-FR/torbutton.properties includes :
torbutton.panel.label.disabled = Tor désactiver torbutton.panel.label.enabled = Tor Activer
but it's meaningless (literally, it means "Tor to disable") ! It should be instead
torbutton.panel.label.disabled = Tor Désactivé torbutton.panel.label.enabled = Tor Activé
Looking a bit more into the files, I translated most of the untranslated messages / corrected some other mistakes.
