Add support for configuration parameter to be set on test helpers
Test helpers can also have some parameters that are set from the probe when performing the test. This can be, for example, on what port the helper should be listening on, or what input should be given to the report helper.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
